Strict is seriously involved in quality thinking. Strict's working method is distinctive through its Strict Consultancy Methodology (SCM) by which advice can be provided in a systematic way, from the initial strategic business issues to the implementation and management of ICT infrastructures.
We are proud to announce that from August 2008, Strict is ISO 9001:2000 certified. This standard provides a tried and tested framework for taking a systematic approach to managing the processes so that they consistently turn out high level services that satisfies our customers' expectations.
As an ISO-9001 certified company we also advise our customers to adopt ISO 20000 as the standard method to gain quality within Service Management implementations. Standalone ITIL® processes don’t guarantee successfully organizing ICT. Therefore Strict has made the ISO 20000 part of its Standard Consultancy Method (SCM).
