Deutsche Bank has requested Strict to analyze if their Open Source monitoring platforms (Zabbix) can be standardized and how it can be implemented worldwide to monitor their voice recording platform of NICE and IPC. This analysis focuses on the technical implementation of Zabbix within the monitoring infrastructure. The polling mechanism and performance aspects are covered within this project.
